Peter Mills was on his way home after getting a workout, when he stopped at a Stinker Stations on South Apple St and Boise Ave in Boise to cash a winning Scratch ticket. With his winnings, he purchased an InstaPlay Idaho Jackpot ticket after noticing the large rolling jackpot. His ticket turned out to be a non-winner, so he went to his final stop on the way home to pick up groceries at Albertsons on South Apple St and East Parkcenter Blvd.
After getting his groceries, he decided to try his luck one more time on the InstaPlay Idaho Jackpot Game. “The clerk and I were talking at Albertsons about the InstaPlay Idaho Jackpot Game and amazingly, how the jackpot had not yet been hit. I’d won a couple 50s and a couple 100s and confidently told him, ‘I’m going to hit that jackpot’, stated Mills!”
“Surprisingly calm, I remember seeing that I’d won the jackpot when I noticed I had three coins on my ticket and asked the clerk to please scan it, to make sure I wasn’t imagining things. After she scanned my ticket, she exclaimed ‘SIGN YOUR TICKET RIGHT NOW!” said Mills.
Peter could hardly take the grin off his face, as if it were permanently in place, after seeing his real check in the Idaho Lottery office. Peter has been looking for a home and said that this couldn’t have come at a better time, as he will easily be able to put a down payment on a home, while having the ability to put the rest in savings.
Congrats to Peter Mills from Boise, ID who won $62,030 on Instaplay Idaho Jackpot. The ticket was purchased at Albertsons #169 in Boise.
