BOISE, Idaho – It’s Powerball month in Idaho and the Idaho Lottery is celebrating with another million dollar win on the game. The Idaho Lottery has confirmed that at least one winning ticket matched all five of the first numbers from last night’s $109.8 million Powerball draw and is worth $1 million. That winning ticket was sold at an Idaho Lottery retail location in Boise. The winning numbers were 03, 09, 19, 33, 38 and the Powerball was 18.
“This is a remarkable run of good luck for Idaho Powerball players. This is our fifth $1 million winning ticket in the past three months,” said Jeff Anderson, Idaho Lottery Director. ”We are encouraging everyone who played Powerball for last night’s draw to check their tickets carefully. Too often we see players not match the Powerball and think they do not have a winning ticket. In this case, the ticket matched all five of the first numbers and is worth $1 million.”
Including the million dollar winning ticket, there were over 5,000 winning Powerball tickets in Idaho from last night’s draw. With no jackpot winner, the estimated jackpot for Saturday night is now $133 million.
The Idaho Lottery also encourages everyone to sign the back of their tickets prior to presenting them for payment.
Last night’s million dollar winner has 180 days to claim their prize at Idaho Lottery headquarters.
Powerball is huge in Idaho. As part of the month long celebration, players across the state have been treated to unique dining experiences. See the videos of these events and the last winner’s video at the Idaho Lottery’s YouTube channel at:
